73 is maybe the best year for a USDM W116, small bumpers and less finicky emissions stuff .

Minnesota? Ugh. Run away.
My W123 is that exact color, with a two-tone interior and manual. Zero rust out of LA.
This one from Minnesota? I’d want to see close-ups underneath in good light.

In theory, yes, run, Minnesota, dontcha know. Look under the car first.
But, a car that old looking that good on the pictures has most likely been well cared for, rinsed after driven in the winter (if evn driven in the winter) and garaged most of its life. Look at it ... no sign of superficial corrosion on the chrome anywhere.
